Enterprise M3 LEP
Liz led the communications programme to launch the LEP’s £118 million Local Growth Deal and supporting governance structure. She delivered a transformational way of working between the LEP and not-for-profit organisations through a ground-breaking MOU focused on collaboration and the promotion of social enterprise.
Winchester City Council
Liz developed a local stakeholder action plan ensuring that necessary support services were put in place ready for the introduction of changes resulting from new council polices.
Rushmoor Borough Council
Liz developed and delivered a community-led consultation programme to support Aldershot town regeneration and master plan development.
Marwell Wildlife
Liz supported Marwell by providing bid writing and partnership building advice to support the implementation of their master plan and sustainable growth ambitions.
YMCA Fairthorne Manor
Liz provided strategic business development and commercial advice helping the charity to realise its vision for their community operations.
Age UK Portsmouth
Liz advised the Chief Executive providing support on business strategy, governance and strategic communications to support the sustainable growth of the charity.
